Landscape & Construction Labourer
Requirements:
-
Must be physically fit with an ability to lift heavy loads (50lbs) safely and efficiently – this is a physically demanding position
-
Must have valid driver’s license (a driver’s abstract may be required prior to starting employment)
-
Must be able to provide a clear police check prior to starting employment if requested
-
Willing to work in various weather conditions
-
Background in, or knowledge of, basic landscape and construction principals
-
Preferably previous work experience in landscape or construction
-
Weekend work required – especially during high-volume times
-
Legally entitled to work in Canada
You:

Are responsible and have a strong work ethic

Are timely and accountable
-
Work well in a team environment or independently
-
Deal with clients in a respectful and positive manner

Bring a positive attitude to your work

Like to problem solve and ask questions when needed

Are safety conscience and lookout for the welfare of both yourself and others
Duties:
-
Help develop both softscapes and hardscapes during spring, summer, and fall months (winter work may also be available)
-
General labour with use of hand and power tools as required (please let us know of all relevant experience)

Help with pickups and deliveries of various materials and plantings as required
-
Must take direction for ‘on the fly’ design and be able to interpret landscape design plans

May be asked to assist with cleaning and organizing tools as required

Junior Landscape & Construction Labourer
